Trance is a completely natural state to be in and is completely safe. Trance is inward focus and relaxation. We all enter trance several times a day, such as when we're daydreaming or reading a book so that we're not immediately aware of other distractions like someone calling our name.
By going into a relaxed state where your conscious mind is in the background, your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed to know that it no longer needs to protect you from situations that feel unsafe....such as a fear of heights or public speaking. In much the same way we update the apps on our phones, we can also do this with our minds.
A session costs £120 and includes a personalised MP3 recording to listen to for reinforcement afterwards. Sessions last for approximately 1.5 hours and can be completed via video call or in person.
