Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool using positive suggestion to assist your subconscious mind in becoming aligned with your conscious mind. Fears, phobias, unwanted thought patterns and stress can be debilitating factors that hinder our daily lives. 

Trance is a completely natural state to be in. In fact we all enter trance several times a day, such as when we're daydreaming, reading a book or focused on a task so that we're not immediately aware of other distractions like someone calling our name. It's completely safe and you may find yourself drifting off as I talk to you and you start to relax. 

By going into a relaxed state where your conscious mind is in the background, your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed to know that it no longer needs to protect you from situations that no longer serve you.....such as a fear of heights or public speaking. In much the same way we upgrade our computers, we can also do this with our minds.
