Regression Therapy allows you to go to the source of an issue whether in a past life or your current life, for deeper, quicker and more permanent healing. Regressing into either a past life or current life memory can be incredibly beneficial and assist with symptoms such as:
Mild Anxiety and panic attacks
Anger, fear, grief or other strong negative emotions
Trauma - PTSD, Sexual Abuse, Childhood issues
Nightmares or night terrors
Unexplainable physical pain or emotions
Negative repetitive thought patterns

PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY
You will be an active participant in the session, and are aware of everything that occurs and will remember it afterwards. For a past life, we will discover who you were and what the significant events were throughout that life. We gather information about any thoughts and emotions that have been carried over and may be affecting you in your current life, and transform and heal them. You may even be surprised to discover how similar patterns are occurring in your current life, and it allows you to gain a healthier perspective over those and gain insights about how to move forwards.
CURRENT LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY
Regression Therapy not only involves past lives, but your current life too. Perhaps you have events that have occurred in your life that you haven't quite come to terms with, or you would like more information or a different perspective on. We will revisit the events in the safety of trance, and safely find out all the relevant information required. Then we transform using various techniques so that you no longer have an emotional reaction when thinking about them, allowing you to heal and move on from them.
INNER CHILD THERAPY
Another very profound healing technique is Inner Child Therapy. During our childhood we form our own internal belief system about ourselves and the world around us from our interactions with others and behaviour patterns we observe and store consciously and subconsciously. These are most often from our parents, other family members and teachers. If we experience negative events or trauma, this can have a devastating impact upon the way we view ourselves and how the rest of our life is lived with these negative self beliefs. These may come as a complete surprise to you, as mine did. In our session we will discover the events that led to the cause of these beliefs and transform them, so that they no longer have any effect upon the rest of your life and enables you to be freer and lighter.
All sessions take approximately 3 hours, which also includes a free consultation at the beginning.
I take a detailed personal history, then we can both decide we would like to proceed. Sessions are chargeable at £300 per session.
