I will be holding some workshops in Gibraltar and Spain soon to provide you with techniques in Energy Management and intention.

 

You'll learn how to identify energy not belonging to you, how to remove it and to protect and ground yourself. Understanding and utilising intention and manifestation in our daily lives gives us the power to change them for the better.

These are basic daily practices that will help you gain an awareness and control of your energy field that will help you to successfully navigate previously difficult energetic situations or people you may have encountered.
